Ron Oh...I read that as mixing the banana with the yogurt. I suppose that would work too.

Ron That's a very interesting idea. I just might have to try that this weekend, if I remember. Hell, maybe I'll try it tomorrow!

runningbear You can puree banana in a blender to a syrup consistency and serve it over the pancakes. A thin yogurt like vanilla or strawberry-banana flavored yoplait would also be a healthy substitution. You wouldn't need but a tablespoon or 2 to add moistness to the pancakes.

fitnesschik hey ron, buy the syrup with no sugar added...the stuff sweetened with sucralose. it even tastes the same!

Ron Is it good without syrup? Or does anyone have any suggestions for an alternative to syrup? Not that I don't like it or can't have it, it's just a lot of sugar.
