Instructions
1 cup whole wheat pancake mix
3 egg whites
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
1/2 cup of Skim Milk
Mashed Bananas
1/2 cup of crushed granola
2 scoops of vanilla whey protein
Mix ingredients into bowl
Pour into greased pan
When golden brown, flip

“
You can puree banana in a blender to a syrup consistency and serve it over the pancakes. A thin yogurt like vanilla or strawberry-banana flavored yoplait would also be a healthy substitution. You wouldn't need but a tablespoon or 2 to add moistness to the pancakes.
”

hey ron, buy the syrup with no sugar added...the stuff sweetened with sucralose. it even tastes the same!

Is it good without syrup? Or does anyone have any suggestions for an alternative to syrup? Not that I don't like it or can't have it, it's just a lot of sugar.
