1/3 cup strawberries
1/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup mixed berries
1 cup milk (preferably skim or soy)
1/2 cup yogurt (low fat frozen preferred)
1-2 scoop(s) protein powder of your choice
Put all the berries, yogurt, and milk in a blender and mix it. After the mixing is completed, add protein and set blender to stir. This step is important, because if you blend the drink again, the protein will shoot up to the top of the blender and not be mixed in.
Drink. May add more yogut or ice for a thicker smoother or more milk for a thinner shake.
