1 Whole wheat tortilla
1 Chicken breast
Green enchilada sauce
Chopped green onions
Fat Free or light shredded cheddar cheese
Fat Free sour cream (optional)
Shredded lettuce
1/2 C. Salsa
Chopped cilantro (optional)
Cook wheat tortilla in pan or char slightly over open flame. Season with grill seasoning, and grill chicken breast until thoroughly cooked- 6-8 minutes per side. Slice chicken into strips and place in tortilla. Add about 1-2 Tbl. of heated enchilada sauce, cheese, lettuce, cilantro (optional), green onions, salsa and sour cream to taste.
ENJOY ~ it will be hard to stop at just one!
