Simple & easy... I love recipes like this. I can't wait to try this one... it's almost identical to my tuna noodle casserole. It'll be nice to try a different source of protein.
Hmmm... you just got me thinking... what do you think about cubed firm tofu as an alternate, too?!?!? Make it for Ryan and let me know what he thinks! He can be our guinea pig. :)
