-1 cup of oatmeal
-2 tablespoons of melted margarine
-A pinch of baking soda
-1/4 cup of egg white (1 egg)
-1/2 cup of splenda
-1/4 cup of brown sugar
-1 cup of whole wheat flour
-1/4 cup of skim milk
-1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-Put in either raisins or chocolate chips
-Put in either raisins or chocolate chips
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
-Coat cooking tray with a nonstick cooking spray
-In a bowl, mix all ingredients together
-Stir in raisins or chocolate chips
-Roll tablespoon sized balls of the dough and place on the tray
-Space cookies about 1 1/2 inches apart
-Bake for about 12-15 minutes
