Carina “ I've had tuna steaks before. I just have never made it myself so I'll have to try this recipe. I bet you could try this with chicken breasts, too, instead of tuna steak. Or how about tofu?!?!? (Ok, that was a joke referring to our past messages with Ryan from your tofu parmigiana recipe.) Hmmm, maybe it's not a joke after all. I bet it would taste great with tofu. You just have to get the firm kind so it doesn't break apart on the grill. Oooh, I love experimenting! If I make it, I'll let you know how it tasted. ”
