b)cauliflower
(or both)
3. Maybe one piece of fruit
if you want something sweet
4.Lots of water throughout
the day
Preparation Instructions
The key is to eat LOTS of broccoli and cauliflower because they
a) are low in calories
b) satiate you (fill you up)
c) cleanse your digestive tract
Instructions
To simplify, the plan is as follows:
Eat at every meal a little bit of meat or an egg and LOTS of broccoli or
some cauliflower or both.
