Carina Yavor, I've eaten like this for a month now (with more options in #2 than just broccoli and cauliflower) and have lost 4 lbs. myself. I've almost completely eliminated rice, pasta and potatoes unless I have it as a "treat" (which I'm allowing myself to have 3 times a week). I know that's a lot for the hardcore fitness buffs but it seems to be working out just fine for me & that's all that matters! :)

Yavor Helder good for you if you eat like that :) You'll stay slim and healthy.
I forgot to mention about having some healthy fats added - like fish oil, nuts, olive oil, etc.

Yavor Jen, what kind of results do you have with such meals. I personally lost maybe 6-7 pounds in 3-4 weeks.
