Teryaki Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
One 6 ounce chicken breast
1/4 cup teryaki marinade (I prefer Ken's brand honey teryaki marinade)
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves, packed
1 medium tomato, sliced
2 medium sized, whole grain/organic tortillas
Preparation Instructions
Marinade the chicken for at least 30 minutes, or over night if you have the time.
Slice the tomato.
Instructions
Grill the chicken over an open flame until it's ready.
Heat the tortillas in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds when the chicken is finished.
Slice the chicken thinly, and spread it out evenly over the tortillas.
Place the tomato slices into the wraps along with the spinach.
Roll them up and enjoy! You may also substitute different flavors for the marinade, I have done it with hot sauce and a fajita marinade.

If you get organic tortillas, this recipe is 100% fat free, including the marinade! It is also low in sodium, and you dont have to worry about it being dry because the tomato and marinade more than make up for not having an extra sauce like mayo in there!
