1 portion fresh Tilapia
1/2 white onion finely diced
1 tomato finely diced
3 pieces of garlic finely diced
1 tablespoon chives
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 lemon
Spray a pan with Pam and place tilapia in pan. Put in pre heated oven at 350 for 8 minutes.
While fish is in the oven, in a skillet with pam stir other ingredients on medium heat until fish is ready.
Take fish out of the oven and place on a plate.
Add items from skillet onto the tilapia and squirt 1/2 lemon to top.
Enjoy!
Again not sure the exact facts, but fish is full of Omega-3 and protein.
This is a perfect low carb meal.
I often serve with fresh salad.
