1 can flaked light tuna in water
whole wheat tortillas
sugar free salsa
1 tomatoe diced in cubes
low fat sour cream
fat free grated mozarella
chives
Preheat oven to 350.
On a tortilla, spread some sour cream. Add Tuna and diced tomatoes.
Wrap the tortilla, with the opening at the bottom. Spread salsa along the top, then add mozarella and chives.
You can make as many or as few as you want/need.
Place in oven for 5 minutes, until cheese on top is nice and melted.
