1 piece precut atlantic steelhead salmon
1 tablespoon chili peppers
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
dash cayenne pepper
6 slices white onion
1 tablespoon chives
Preheat oven to 375. When oven is ready, place onions and drop of olive oil into oven dish.
Place salmon ontop of the onions.
Top with garnishings and place in oven for 16 to 18 minutes
Great source of Omega-3 and protein.
Great for kids who like spicy foods, as fish is "brain food"
