1/4 cup ornage juice
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 finely chopped fresh rosemary
4 oz salmon steak
nonstick cooking spray
Add 1st 3 ingredients into a tigh sealing "ziploc" bag and shake well.
Add salmon steak to the bag and refridgerate for minimum 30 minutes.
Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Remove salmon from bag and grill on high for 4 minutes, turn and cook other side for 4 minutes.
