1 tomato cut in thin wedges
1 hard boiled egg cut in 4 wedges
1 Avacado cut in thin wedges
1/4 can tuna
1/3 grilled chicken breast cut in thin strips
1 cucumber cut as you desire
chopped romaine lettuce
chopped iceburg lettuce
Mix the iceburg and romaine lettuce and place on a plate.
Top with other ingredients and mix together.
