4 Halibut steaks
2 tblsp butter
Salt & pepper
2 sliced carrots
1 can (7 1/2 ounces) minced clams
2 cups seedless grapes
1 fresh lemon, sliced
1/2 cup white wine
Chopped parsley
Put Halibut in shallow casserole. Dot with butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with carrots, then clams (and liquid), grapes and lemon slices. Pour wine over all. Bake in 400 degree oven 10 minutes, or until the halibut flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with parsley.
