1 small bottle of ketcup, 10 ounces grape jelly, juice of 1 lemon, 1 pound of turkey breast (or ground beef), 1/2 cup of Oat-Bran cereal
Mix the ketchup, grape jelly, and lemon juice in a medium-large size saucepan. Heat until bubbling. Meanwhile, mix the turkey with the oat bran, adding the oat bran a little at a time until the mixture is firm enough to form into walnut sized balls.
Drop the meatballs into the bubbling mixture to cook for about 30 minutes. Serve hot, with toothpicks to spear the meatballs.
