1 frozen banana ( peel a freckled banana beforehand and place freezer baggy in freezer at least 2 days )
1 cup orange juice
3-4 ice cubes ( optional )
1 tablespoon 100% Whey Protein Gold ( optional )

Put ingredients in mixer for 30 seconds.
