12 Macaroons, crushed, / --- Pinnapple chunks
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar / --- assorted berries
2 cups vanilla yogurt (or choice) / --- sliced peaches
shot of brandy or rum (optional) / --- melon chunks
1/4 cup of coconuts (optional)
In a bowl, stir together macaroons, sugar and yogurt. Chill several hours to soften macaroon pieces. Place chilled dip in
center of a large platter. Arrange pinnapples and fruits of your choice in groups around dip. Sprinkle fruit with brandy or rum
and/or mix the shot glass of same into the yogurt.
