1/2 a Bottle of Low fat Honey Mustard Dressing
1 Table Spoon of Dijon Mustard
4-5 plum
4 Boneless, skinless chicken
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
Pour the low fat honey mustard dressing in a bowl, add the dijoin mustard. Next cut up the plums into little slivers and add them to the bowl.
Lay out 4 peice of tinfoil out. The tin foil should be large enough to cover the the chicken and not allow for any leaks. Place the Chicken on the center of the tin foil and pour contents of the bowl on top of the chicken. Wrap the tin foil around the chicken and place in oven.
Let the Chicken cook for 20 minutes, you will have to check the center fo the chicken towards the last couple of minutes to ensure that it is cooked thourghly. When it cooked throughly take the chicken out and serve on plate with the cooked plums. Enjoy.
