With the other ingredients in it you can't taste the omega 3. However, if you would prefer you could substitute it for flax. I have been experimenting with flax lately and to be honest I like it a bit more. You can take less and get the same nutrition. However, I also eat a good bit of fish so that gives me what the flax is lacking.
