One can of tuna
Two eggs
Lettuce
Two tomatoes
One carrot
Olive oil
Salt
Lemon
This one is a very simple one to do, boil the eggs, while they're boiling, wash the lettuce, tomatoes and carrot, cut them and mix to make a salad, then add a bit of salt, olive oil and squeeze a lemon or half a lemon depending on your taste, mix everything again and your salad is ready, in a different plate gather the tuna and the eggs, if you prefer you can put them in the salad, i prefer to have them separated, it's up to you. I like to drink water or a natural fruit juice with it. It's a simple but delicious nutritive food, very fresh in the summer.
It's very rich in protein (tuna and eggs) , very rich in healthy fats (tuna, eggs, olive oil) very rich in vitamines, minerals, and water (lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, lemon) and it's a low caloric meal if you don't add too much olive oil.
