Protein Packed Pasta Salad

Ingredients
* 12 oz. rotini pasta
* 1/2 green bell pepper
* 1/4 red bell pepper
* 1 slice deli ham, cut thick (8 oz.)
* 1 slice cooked salami, cut thick (6 to 8 oz.)
* 10 slices of pizza-style sliced pepperoni
* 1 8 oz chunk colby cheese
* 1 8 oz chunk provolone cheese
* 1 tomato
* 1 to 1 1/4 cups Italian dressing
Instructions
Boil rotini pasta in salted water as directed on the box about 13 minutes; drain and cool. Place in a very large bowl. Cut red and green peppers into small pieces; put in with pasta. Cut ham, salami, Colby and provolone cheese into 1/2-inch cubes; add to pasta bowl. Cut pepperoni slices in half and add to pasta. Cut tomato in small pieces; drain off juice and add pieces to bowl. Add Italian dressing slowly, tossing to coat all ingredients. Cover & chill at least 4 hours.
*This serves a large crowd and is always a favorite. Very colorful dish.
