2/3 Cup of Milk
1 Banana
1 TBSP Peanut Butter
4-6 Ice Cubes
(optional) 1 Scoop Protein Powder.
(optional) Chocolate Syrup
1 Blender
Place ingredients into blender. Turn blender on, make sure that all the ice cubes get blended. Pour into glass, enjoy.
*Notes
I personally refuse do drink any kind of milk other than whole milk, but I don't think it really matters what kind you use.
I also refuse to eat any kind of peanut butter other than extra crunchy, but once again I don't think it matters.
I am out of protein powder at the moment so I used chocolate syrup and it was just as good.
