plucky Well, keep eating salads like this and soon your tastes will be reversed. Over the last couple of years I started eating salad daily and now even when going to a restaurant, I'll order a salad or veggie instead of fries. Just stealing a couple from one of the kids' plates and that's enough grease for me... Now a baked red or sweet potato once in a while is just fine - you do need your complex carbs if you're going to be running at all ;)

Carina I'm more of a meat & potatoes girl myself but I've had to lay off the potatoes. And I'm not a big fan of salads... the only way I'll eat it is if it has some "substance" in it! ;)
